Postage and Returns Policy

All orders are freighted via Australia Post. Local orders are sent regular mail, while all other orders are sent using the express postage system.

Postage Charges

Postage and handling within Australia is $11.30 per pair for all shoe orders. All clothing and accessories will incur a cost of $3.00 per item.

Refunds / Returns

We offer a 7 day refund / return policy.

If you are not satisfied with any of our products, please notify us first by email or phone for approval.

We are unable to accept refunds or exchange on underwear due to health regulations.

All items must be returned in original packaging and undamaged.

All postage and handling on return orders shall be at the customers expense on the exception of the item being faulty. Bridal Blitz will fund the return postage on an exchanged item.

Exchanges and refunds will not be processed until unwanted items have been returned.
